The melon baller



  1. Spinach
  2. Cara cara oranges (2 mini seedless)
  3. Red grapes
  4. Plum
  5. Honeydew melon
  6. Chia seeds
  7. Water to max line
Honeydew melons contain Vitamin C as well as potassium which helps lower blood pressure.

Plums contain antioxidants and Vitamin C, too, aiding in iron absorption.
