The two-berry blast

  1. Spinach
  2. Strawberries
  3. Jazz apple
  4. Cranberries
  5. Stevia packet
  6. Water

This post-workout blend is super refreshing. It's about 18 degrees today in my neck of the woods so I went for a short run on the treadmill. All I thought about was my reward for getting up and running: my delicious drink blend!

Today's drink has two of the most beautiful berries (as seen in the background there) and I couldn't resist pairing them together with a simple apple to round them out. Also added a packet of stevia because I knew the crans would render the drink pretty bitter/tart.

Simple, delicious and refreshing. A definite workout motivator.
