Today's blend contains one scoop of organic wheat grass powder. Did you know that wheat grass is one of the most potent leafy greens on earth?!!

The brand I purchased (shown below) says it's up to 30 times more nutritious than shots of tray-grown wheat grass juice (the kind you can get at those popular juice/smoothie places). I'm sold!

So, if you've ever tried said juice shots, then you know it's equivalent to sticking your tongue in a lawn mower bag, a taste non too pleasant...not bad...just not good, you know? So the purpose of all those goodies I put in today's blend is to kind of mask most of the "lawn n garden" taste, and I've done a pretty good job! I think the lemon and the raw honey really help...it's pretty delicious.
