TG Platinum Plus

 

Had the first Total Gym from 2001 but had to upgrade.

The deepest squat you can get with perfect form in your own cave is on this beauty right here. Thighs completely parallel to the floor...back straight.

Circuit tonight consisted of: squats (wide toe, pointed toe, and toes pointed inwards), calf raises, leg abductors, ab crunches, lower ab extensions, press ups, pull ups, curls, surfer triceps, tricep dips, pull overs, rows, shoulder presses, and torso twists.
