The honey I shrunk my waist

  1. Kale
  2. Pineapple rings
  3. Honeydew melon
  4. Cara Cara oranges (2 mini/seedless)
  5. Red grapes
  6. Cashews
  7. Chia seeds
  8. Water to max line
What a pretty green result! The cashews make the drink so delicious and smooth and contains healthy fats.

Oh and I'm Loving the pineapple corer/ring maker I bought from Bon Appetite! Makes quick work of breaking down a big pineapple with almost NO waste of the fruit. Maybe I'll do a demo in a future post.
