The ch-ch-ch-chia


  1. Spinach
  2. Whole lemon
  3. Blueberries
  4. Pineapple
  5. Raw honey
  6. Chia seeds
  7. Water to max line
Remember that chia pet commercial? Yeah, that's really the same chia seeds I'm consuming in today's drink. I could plant 'em and grow some bushes if I wanted, ha!

Quick tip: use your drink to take your vitamins or medicines! Not only is it a great way to smash them down your throat, but it also covers you if your pills require that you "take them with food/a meal." ^_^
