The blueberry-hemp

  1. Spinach
  2. Blueberries
  3. Pineapple
  4. Fuji apple
  5. Uncooked oats
  6. Hemp protein powder
  7. Water to max line
The hemp gave the drink this swampy color, but that's alright. It still tastes good. :-)

A word on this particular brand of hemp: 3 tablespoons provides 12 grams of Fiber and 11 grams of Protein...NICE!!
