Make no mistake about the simple list of ingredients...
  • Blueberries contain loads of vitamin C, manganese, vitamin K, fiber, and anti-inflammatory & cancer-fighting chemicals!
  • Apples are also believed to fight cancer and are helpful in fighting high cholesterol, weight gain, and heart disease. A good source of fiber as well.
