The orange-banana-melon-berry

  1. Red Swiss chard
  2. Banana
  3. Cara Cara oranges (2 mini seedless)
  4. Blueberries
  5. Honeydew melon
  6. Cashews
  7. Water to max line
  • Cashews contain oils that are good for diabetics
  • Bananas contain fiber, potassium, manganese, and even vitamin C (not only found in 'citrus' fruits ya know)
  • Swiss chard contains tons of vitamins C, E, and K, beta carotene, and a good amount of fiber
