The yummy bear

  1. Spinach
  2. Kale
  3. Blueberries
  4. Cantaloupe
  5. Pineapple
  6. Red grapes
  7. Almonds (soaked in water overnight)
  8. Flax seeds
  9. Uncooked oats
  10. Raw honey
Yummy!! This blend is surprisingly delicious and the almonds make it super smooth, yet thick.
Let's talk a bit about almonds and cantaloupes:
  • Almonds are super rich in monounsaturated fats which can help reduce the risk of heart disease. They're also rich in potassium which helps to regulate our blood pressure.
  • Cantaloupes contain healthful amounts of potassium, too. As well as folate and vitamins A and C. This pretty fruit enables healthy lungs and eyes.
If you're looking for all of the benefits I mentioned above PLUS a nice lil spring in your step, drink up. :)
