The choco-banana recovery

  1. Kale
  2. Banana
  3. Walnuts
  4. Hemp protein/fiber powder
  5. Cacao powder
  6. 1/2 Almond milk 1/2 water

Worked out super hard this evening and I was looking for something healthy and somewhat decadent to have as a recovery drink.

I always like to combine bananas and the hemp...I just think they work well together post-workout, but then I thought about a banana sundae. What does a sundae have? CHOCOLATE!! This drink is packed with delicious chocolaty flavor and really feels sinful. The serving size for the cacao powder is 2.5 tablespoons which is a ton for me, but that's how to get max benefits and max choco flavor.

There we have it...meet the choco-banana recovery.

Cups up...crank up.
