The berry-lemon burst

  1. Spinach
  2. Kale
  3. Red grapes
  4. Strawberries
  5. Fuji apple
  6. Whole lemon
  7. Cashews
  8. Water to max line
I had to blend and stop blend and stop with today's drink to break up those cashews real good.

Let's talk a bit about strawberries:
Strawberries are loaded with anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, heart-protecting phenols, so yourself a favor and incorporate them regularly.

I'm learning to like them, myself, and I think they'll become a regular castmate in my drink productions!
