The hyper berry

  1. Kale
  2. Strawberries
  3. Red grapes
  4. Blueberries
  5. Whole lemon
  6. Coconut oil
  7. Water to max line
This lunch blend had me alert and hyper for the rest of the day! I had to go take a walk outside to release some of that energy, lol.
A bit seedier than usual, but I'll chalk that up to my short blending duration (trying to be as quiet with it at work as possible!). :)
