The kiwi-mango-berry

  1. Spinach
  2. Strawberries
  3. Kiwi (2)
  4. Ataulfo mango (2)
  5. Grapes
  6. Water mid-way to max line

Today's blend introduces the beautiful kiwifruit!! Kiwi is an excellent source of dietary fiber, vitamins C and E, and omega-3 fatty acids.

If you've never "kiwied," then I encourage you to try this blend, it's delicious and also rich and smooth due to the addition of the mango. If you have used kiwi, tell me about it in the comments below. What's your favorite kiwi blend??
