Let's talk a bit about almonds and cantaloupes:
- Almonds are super rich in monounsaturated fats which can help reduce the risk of heart disease. They're also rich in potassium which helps to regulate our blood pressure.
- Cantaloupes contain healthful amounts of potassium, too. As well as folate and vitamins A and C. This pretty fruit enables healthy lungs and eyes.
