Do the hempty-hemp




  1. Spinach 
  2. Cucumber
  3. Fuji apple 
  4. Blueberries 
  5. Raw honey 
  6. Chia seeds 
  7. Hemp protein/fiber powder
  8. Water to max line
Side note: I also try to drink 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water every morning. :-)
